These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OBSESSION: Choices & Consequences (the "App"), operated by Red Circle Corp ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. The App contains mature themes including suggestive sensual content, frank language, references to violence, and references to federal corruption. By confirming you are 17 or older during the age gate, you affirm this is true. Continued use after a false age confirmation is a breach of these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal entertainment. You may not:
The App offers in-app purchases ("Sparks," "Passes") and auto-renewing subscriptions ("Obsession Premium," "VIP Pass") processed by Apple's App Store. All payments are handled by Apple under their terms of service.
Character Interactive allows you to send text messages to AI-generated character responses. You agree not to send messages that:
We reserve the right to terminate Character Interactive access for accounts that violate these rules. Repeated violations may result in App-level access termination.
Character Interactive responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. While we apply both client-side and server-side content moderation, AI-generated text may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected responses. AI responses do not represent the views of Red Circle Corp, Anthropic, or the fictional characters' authored canon.
The App, including all narrative content, character art, music, voice recordings, and code, is the property of Red Circle Corp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. OBSESSION: Choices & Consequences is a registered trademark.
You may take and share screenshots of the App for personal, non-commercial use (social media, reviews, fan discussion). You may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the narrative text or other content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, but Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
